State and federal labor law posters are mandatory notices that employers must display in the workplace to inform employees of their rights and responsibilities under labor laws. Businesses with at least one employee will need to display these posters in a visible location, such as a breakroom or near an entrance. Some states and federal agencies also require multi-language versions if a significant portion of the workforce speaks another language.
