The Arizona state minimum wage has increased for 2021.

The Arizona state minimum wage has increased to $12.15/hr for 2021.

The Arizona Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act defines the Arizona state minimum wage and exemptions and information for tipped employees, enforcement, and the Industrial Commision’s contact information. Starting January 1, 2021, the new minimum wage is now $12.15 per hour for non-tipped employees. This is a mandatory change for all employers and must be reflected on the posters. In 2020, the minimum wage rate was $12.00 per hour. This revision is reflected on all our Arizona posters printed since January 2021. Employers should check if they have the most up-to-date 2021 poster by verifying that the minimum wage printed on the Arizona poster is $12.15 per hour.
