Starting January 1, 2021, the Florida state minimum wage has increased to $8.65 per hour.
Previously, last year’s wage rate was $8.56 per hour from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The revision was released in January 2021 so all of our posters printed since January 2021 have this update reflected on the notice. For tipped employees, the wage was increased to $5.63 per hour, an increase from last year’s rate of $5.54 per hour.
