For tipped employees, the minimum wage will increase to $9.98 per hour. This is part of a gradual increase approved by voters in 2020, aiming to reach a $15 minimum wage by 2026. Each year until then, the minimum wage will rise by $1. After 2026, further adjustments will be based on inflation.
