The Montana Anti-Discrimination notice has been updated.

The notice states that Montana law prohibits discrimination & retaliation in employment, housing, education, etc., and that discrimination is unlawful if based on one of these protected classes: age, disability, race, marital status, etc., and effective August 2021, “vaccination status” is now included in the list of protected classes.

This is a mandatory update to the Montana labor laws and employers must have up-to-date postings to stay in compliance or else risk getting fined during audits. Moving forward, all our Montana posters will be printed with this update.

If you need to order the Montana poster with the latest updates and revisions, you can find them on our website allinoneposters.com
