The state of Kentucky have updated the KYOSHA notice to reflect new informationregarding training on hazards in the workplace including all hazardous substances. They have also added a section for Records which states employee rights to request a copy of their medical records and employers must now report any work-related incidents resulting in the loss of an eye, an amputation or in patient hospitalization within 72 hours and report any fatality or hospitalization of 3 or more employees must be reported within 8 hours. This is a mandatory change
