Starting January 1, 2021, the Washington state minimum wage has increased to $13.69 per hour.

Previously, last year’s wage rate was $13.50 per hour from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The revision was released in January 2021 so all of our posters printed since January 2021 have this update reflected on the notice.

In addition to the minimum wage increase, the Paid Family and Medical Leave notice, which informs employees of their eligibility of — up to 12 weeks — paid leave for medical or family-related reasons or the choice to get a partial wage replacement up to 90% of the employee’s typical pay and is capped at $1,206 per week. Previously, the capped wage was only $1,000 per week.
