Missouri’s discrimination notices have been updated. Missouri has 3 different discrimination notices: housing, places of public accommodation, and employment. The changes are the same for all 3 notices:





  1. The website at the top was updated to labor.mo.gov/discrimination
  2. The mission statement was updated. Now, it reads: The statutory purpose of the Missouri Commission on Human Rights is to prevent and eliminate discrimination based on protected categories under the Missouri Human Rights Act (Act) in employment, housing, and places of public accommodations through education and the enforcement of the Act.
  3. The contact address for the Missouri Commission on Human Rights was changed to 421 East Dunklin Street, P.O. Box 1129.
