D.C. has released their minimum wage rate for 2021.
D.C.’s 2021 minimum wage rate notice has been updated and includes the new rate, which is set to be $15.20 per hour beginning July 1, 2021. The rate for tipped employees for 2021 will be $5.05 per hour beginning July 1, 2021.
This is a mandatory update for July 2021.
